VACANCY – SALES SECRETARY
 
 
 
Job Function:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head: Sales and the sales team
     
Responsibilities:
  • Correspondence; Minute taking; Presentations
  • Screening calls and diary management
  • Arrange and coordinate functions/events
  • Coordinates information flow to assure continuous communication and service levels
  • Provides administrative support to the sales team
  • Control printing and stationery of official company documents
  • General filing and administration
  • Generating reports
  • General support to Head: Sales
  •  
 
Education and Requirements:
  • 5 years relevant secretarial experience 
  • Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills
  • Some marketing experience would be an advantage
  • Fully Computer Literate in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Telephone Etiquette
  •
