VACANCY – SALES SECRETARY
Job Function: Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head: Sales and the sales team
Responsibilities:
- Correspondence; Minute taking; Presentations
- Screening calls and diary management
- Arrange and coordinate functions/events
- Coordinates information flow to assure continuous communication and service levels
- Provides administrative support to the sales team
- Control printing and stationery of official company documents
- General filing and administration
- Generating reports
- General support to Head: Sales
Education and Requirements:
5 years relevant secretarial experience
Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills
Some marketing experience would be an advantage
Fully Computer Literate in Microsoft Office
Excellent Communication Skills
Telephone Etiquette
