Simeka Group (Proprietary) Limited and Fintech (Proprietary) Limited have joined forces via a new Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deal effective 8 November 2006. Simeka introduced measurable and sustained value to Fintech. Their strong network connections in particularly the Government sector is of great benefit for mutual business growth.
Furthermore, the strategies of all parties are aligned with Fintech's mission.
Simeka's successful business track record makes them attractive BEE partners. In addition this deal assists in the continued commitment to the transformation process within Fintech.

Fintech has officially been rated as a level 8 contributor with no fronting risk.
