Glen has a B Comm, Higher Diploma in Accountancy, CA (SA) CFA, an Advance Taxation Certificate and ACMA qualifications. He started his career with Deloitte and after completion of his articles he joined Metal Box Liquid Packaging division as Financial Manager. After joining Decimax (Pty) Ltd as Financial Manager he became involved in the development and marketing of financial products. This led to him becoming Financial Consultant: Structured Finance for Real Africa Durolink Investment Bank. In 2001 while being employed with Gensec Bank Limited, Glen got involved in the structuring and valuation of a strategy equity stake in Fintech after which he joined as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Fintech. Glen was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2011.
